Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writing via email to info@endocrine.org. Requests received before 11:59 pm ET on July 28, 2023, are eligible for a full refund, less a $75 USD processing fee. Requests received between 12:01 am ET on July 29, 2023, and 11:59 pm ET on September 20, 2023, are eligible for a 50% refund, less a $75 USD processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellation requests submitted after September 21, 2023. If you are due a refund, it will be processed based on the original payment method. Registration transfers are not permitted. You may view the full cancellation policy.
